[Hidden-tech] Looking for an Embarcadero Rad Studio/C debugging expert

I have a client with a particularly difficult problem that they have been
struggling with.

First some background - Embarcadero purchased Borland C/C++ Builder.  My
client has code that was built using an old version of Borland C.  They are
using something called Quick Report to produce reports.  They have spent
months doing the conversion from Borland C + Quick Report to the new
integrated tool and they are now having a "weird memory error that won't go
away".

It would be great to find somebody with experience with these tools, though
I suspect that is hoping for too much.  What I think they really need is
somebody that is tenuous at tracking down bugs in foreign code (they believe
the error is within the Embarcadero code) with a deep understanding of C.

Does anybody know anybody that fits that bill.  There is additional work
beyond this so this could be a good short term contract.
