Roll up your sleeves and join Will deBock, founder of Prof. deBock’s
Innovator Network, for an encore performance of this hands-on technology
workshop focused on how to use existing digital images and short videos to
create engaging media presentations through tools like Animoto, Prezi,
SlideRocket and Timeline tools.  This workshop was orginally presented in
January 2012 during one of the season’s only snowstorms.  By request, Will
will show some of the tools from that original presentation, but will add a
few new ones.  All tools demonstrated at the workshop have free and premium
options for use.

Free! This workshop is free to the public and is perfect for teachers,
small business owners, artists, communications professionals and anyone
interested in harnessing the power of the Internet.

Hands On. BYOL (Bring your own laptop. This is a hands on workshop so bring
your own laptop (bservers without computers are also welcome) to and your
enthusiasm because this workshop emphasizes a practical, hands-on approach
to learning about technology.

*Teacher Bio: *
Will is a Marlboro College double alumnus. He received his BA from Marlboro
College in 1987 and his Masters in technology management from Marlboro’s
Graduate School in 1998. Since then he has worked for Marlboro until 2000,
and then started working for Kaplan University.  Will has been a faculty
member for Kaplan, a Vice President, and the Founder of its Innovations
Lab. Will’s personal mission is empower people through teaching them about
the power of easy-to-use, “low threshold” technology.  Visit his blog at
