Hi Stacy, Generally when you are importing and it fails on one of the pictures, that means that picture or video is corrupted. If you can slowly import until you find the one that quits, delete it, and then the rest should continue successfully. I had the same problem. Generally these corrupted pictures are caused when the phone is really really low on battery and you take that last shot and it turns off at exactly the same time its writing, it will write this half-picture-corrupted file that will lead to import errors.
