[Hidden-tech] have an Apple App Store app developers account?

Anybody have an Apple App Store app developers account who could help me 
out? I need someone to submit my TEDxShelburneFalls app to Apple for 
addition to the App Store. I'm using a turnkey app program specifically 
designed for TEDx events <http://appbaker.com/en/tedx_starter_pack/>, 
but need a separate developer account to submit it to Apple. The app 
vendor can no longer do it for their clients per Apples rules. Since I'm 
not a developer myself, I don't want to pay the $99/year for this one 
instance.

PS: Just got confirmation on my 10th and final speaker today! Now on to 
working out the livestream simulcast details of the program! Yahoo!
