Jean, this is pretty easy.  Are you sure you want to outsource it?  If you have a Word document with no images, it's relatively easy to format it for Kindle et al.  There's a free guide at Smashwords.com that contains pretty non-technical instructions.

And the uploading itself is a cinch.  You just follow Amazon's directions.

The harder part is writing your book description and getting a good cover designed.  (And of course, writing the content.)
