[Hidden-tech] Requesting advice re: Dreamweaver alternative

One thing to be sure to note is that Firebug (or Chrome web inspector, etc)
don't actually allow you modify pages in a permanent sense. They are great
tools for editing the source of a website to see changes as you make them,
but they don't actually change the files. You'll still need to edit the
files in a text editor and upload them to your server.
