[Hidden-tech] Do you know a lawyer familiar with online content theft?

Hello hidden-tech'ers,

I just discovered last night (thanks to Google alerts) that a large
portion of a hobby website of mine was stolen, literally
word-for-word, and incorporated into a free downloadable ebook.

Do you know a lawyer or organization familiar with online content
theft / copyright law that might be willing to give some (free) advice
about how to proceed?  I have the offending party's contact and
hosting service info, so identifying them is already taken care of.
