[Hidden-tech] Hacking LG Dare Android Phone?

Hi folks...

I have a Verizone LG Dare, which come with all kinds of factory intallled
apps. I can't move them to the SD card or delete them to make room for apps
I'd actually use. And, they collect data which takes up more room.

Anyone know how to hack the app menu and unistall their 'permanently'
installed 'unremovable' apps?
