Using Acrobat Pro, open the document properties. On the Security tab, click on the Security Method drop-down menu and select Password Security. You'll then be able to prohibit printing unless the user enters a password. (These steps are from Windows Acrobat. The steps on a Mac are comparable.) kh --- Karl A.
