About the home and/or office space below, I forgot one crucial detail:
price. It¹s $1300 per month (which low price kept me out of the owner market
until now that real estate and mortgage rates are so low). Also, while it is
zoned for full business, I¹m sure the land lord would not have a retail
store operation here. Would he be OK with, say, a law office or insurance
agency, for example? Not sure; it all depends on the amount of foot traffic.
In any case, it¹s a great deal at $1300 per month.

Hi Everyone,

After 21 year living and 15 years hosting my firm¹s main offices here at 123
Bay Rd in Hadley, I¹m moving out and up (both office and home). I¹m just
doing the good landlord a favor by posting this notice here. You would

(flexible) after spiffing up is one after I leave on 3/16. Here are some

* Not sure of square footage, but I¹d say over 2200.

harvest nearby for free.

* Zoned for business yet residential neighborhood. Is covered by commercial
insurance by landlord.
* 10 minute walk to bus line on rt 9. About equal distance from the 5
colleges. 
* cable, dsl, directtv dish
* Will have good new laundry machines for good price if you want.
* some office furniture available free (tables, chairs mostly).
