Pretty much anyone with sales potential will be out on  the streets 
actively looking for opportunities, or hanging out where one can  strike up random 
conversations...

Help Hidden Techies,


My boss at DCS Security, Western MA local ADT dealer, has  asked me to 
build my own sales team.    


Since I never did much in the way of hiring and firing people, I  turn to 
the Hidden Tech brain trust for  help.   My question are:


1. Besides Craigslist list and Hidden Tech what other free or  low cost job 
boards are there for Western MA Outside  sales people?
2. How do you list at the local collages and unemployment  centers? 
3. Are any of the non free job boards good for start  ups? 
4. Besides job boards are there any other good paces to  meet potential 
sales people? 


Other then finding sales people I been asked to look for  Alarm installers, 
telemarketers, and clerical help.


Any advice and guidance is welcomed.
