QuickBooks is difficult to inport into. You can import lists pretty easily. Transactions need to be formatted in a very finicky way. There are products out there (can't remember the title just now, but a Google search should uncover them) for about $250 that will make it easy. You need to put a header on it and format the tx's in rows.
