Most reports aren't formatted to be importing but try this on the chance that they were: 1. Make a backup copy of the company file (after you've set it up with the exact same accounts BHS used for your project). 2. Save the Excel files in Text (Tab Delimted) ".txt" format. Change the extension of the exported files to ".iif". 3. See what happens when you import them into Quickbooks. If that doesn't work you can use the reports to set beginning balances for each account and move on.
