[Hidden-tech] Help finding rental space...

Hi Maven Collective...

My girlfriend is moving down here. <!!>  Right now she is looking for a
decent apartment or condo that allows cats. In the Amherst area, but
surrounding area and hence lower rents would be fine. Suggestions or
connections to realtors and/or rental agents would help. Thanx!

Secondly, she is a hot shot QA Engineer for a large insurance company and
is negotiating 'working from home' with conferencing and occasional trips
to the mother ship.

Best for her would be renting a small office space with a secure T1 line.
Shared space with people to interact with would be a plus. I seem to recall
some arrangements like that in downtown Amherst? But, there must be others.
Suggestions?
