[Hidden-tech] IT support for windows machines

We have about 5 computers running windows, and are looking for a good
solution for technical support, either with a monthly contract or on
an hourly basis. Quick turn around is important. Most of the machines
are in Hadley, but some are not and may need remote support.

Looking for recommendations for companies/individuals that provide
support. Most problems that occur are software related - machines
running very slowly, for example, although there are occasional
hardware issues - replacing hard drives, upgrading memory, etc.

I've spoke to Paragus, Tech Cavalry, and Green Earth Computers. If you
have any feedback re: these companies, or know of other local options,
please let me know.
