[Hidden-tech] charter upload speeds

Is anybody in the Hadley area experiencing very slow (or sporadic) upload speeds on charter today?

I'm getting approximately 0.1 Mbs on Speakeasy's speedtest (http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/).

I noticed this last night and called and they had reported "outage", however today the "outage" is supposedly resolved so I'm wondering if I'm the only one still having this problem.
