[Hidden-tech] IPad file transfer

I would get a Box.net or Dropbox account. Box was offering 50 GB for life
at one point, although I'm not sure that offer is still good. You do get 5
to 10 GB for free. You can also use Google Docs for accessing and storing
all kinds of docs.

I haven't tried connecting an external monitor, but I have a keyboard built
into a case for the iPad 1 and it works fine. It's not ideal by any means,
but it's fine for the plane.
