Hi Elijah, Thanks for your input (just had your Dylan here yesterday on a Mac repair and he did well as you guys have for me before). After a few costly fits and starts with a couple of helpers on Google Aps for Business/Gmail, yesterday I overcame peculiar legacy email upload problems, and in testing a small batch of emails learned to my astonishment that there¹s no way in Gmail to share ³folders² (or labels and nested labels) so that various employees can look back into years of past emails for many clients. I¹d be curious if you have a work-around (the new Group email module doesn¹t cut it). Here¹s what the Gmail tech help just emailed me back today: > From: Lorcan <esupport at google.com> > Date: Wed, 29 Feb 2012 20:08:44 +0000 (GMT) > To: "Rob at 2disc.com" <Rob at 2disc.com> > Subject: Re: How to have bus. gmail users see company's past emails? > [#01964263] [ref:_00D00VNwG._50060HujWI: [ ref:_00D00VNwG._50060HujWI:ref ] > > Hello Rob, > > Thank you for your message. Hey Rob, I don't have any first hand experience with Zoho, but we've been using, and helping people migrate to, Google Apps for a while now and it works extremely well and seems to offer similar functionality to Zoho. Have you given Google Apps any consideration? Best, -Elijah.
