I am looking for a local resource to help build a prototype device.

I am more than willing to work with a student working towards or new
graduate with an EE/CS degree. (Budget is a concern)

The wireless device would use a reference design platform / developers
kit. The project would entail interfacing with local sensors attached
to the GPIO, SPI, and/or UART controller and transmitting status when
polled. Experience with wireless protocols not necessary, however
embedded programming with ARM using a Keil compiler is necessary.
