I am local, but the designer is in Atlanta so I'd be your point of contact.

BTW - have you thought about doing it in something other than FLASH given
the iPad issues?

You can use both handbrake and miro to convert dvd to video and then video
to mp3, respectively. http://superuser.com/a/386625 I've not done both steps
in sequence on a DVD, but have used both products and found them very good.
