[Hidden-tech] on-call IT support

I've never used Kiernan's services, but I've heard about him . . . he's 
got a positive reputation.
Recent conversation with someone in the IT field who knows their stuff: 
me: "So if you can't figure it out, what are you going to do?"  Them: 
"Call Kiernan"
