[Hidden-tech] Best and easiest to use secure mail?

Can anyone recommend to me a secure mail company that you use or know 
that your clients use that they have pretty good success with?  I would 
want it to be hosted and not run my own.  This would be for uploading 
secure attachments with confidential information mostly.
