What platform(s) and what sort of capabilities? PC network? Mac? Enterprise with server farm, etc.? Software expert? Network specialist? All of the above?

  I would love a recommendation for an on-call IT person. Someone who I would be able to call within the hours of, say, 9-9, who could help me troubleshoot within a short time frame. Does this exist?
