Except, it might be the only option in some places (where neither cable
nor DSL is available).  For example, C/WMARS put in a T1 line at our
library to handle interlibrary loans -- there is no cable provider and
DSL is not available.  The wireless link we have from Warwick was not
quite up to providing the throughput needed for the software C/WMARS
presently uses for circulation management.
