HTers, After installing a new external hard drive that came with Memeo backup software, my system performance seems to have degraded, and I wonder if Memeo is the culprit. I already use Carbonite, and wonder if the redundancy is worth anything. What are your experiences? That is, is the off-site backup using Carbonite's approach more performance-friendly than Memeo? Or, might Memeo have some other benefits? I don't mind the trivial amount I'm paying for the Carbonite subscription. Right now, to keep things simple, I'm limiting this evaluation to on-system (Memo) vs. off-site (Carbonite). Thanks for insights, Ed ================== Edward J.
