I have a client who is living in a no-broadband zone who has been suffering with a slow and expensive satellite service for years. She just came across Exede Internet Service <http://www.exedeinternetservice.org/> which boasts 12 Mbps downstream and 3 Mbps upstream for the same price she's currently paying. Of course, "boasts" is the operative word here. Has anyone had any experience with them or know anyone who has had experience with them? I'd hate to have her cut over only to realize little to no gain in service. Thanks!
