Jeff Rosen, CFO of the Solidago Foundation
Wednesday, April 18, 12:30pm - 1:30pm, Isenberg 210

A discussion of the role of investors and capital in funding sustainable 
businesses and organizations. Topics may include Social 
Entrepreneurship, Social Capital, Patient Capital, Hybrid Business 
Models, and the challenges of Socially Responsible Investing.

Jeff serves as the Director of Finance for the Solidago Foundation and 
its affiliated Foundations, where he oversees all of the financial 
systems for this progressive foundation as well as managing the MRI and 
PRI portfolios.  Currently, he is working on a joint grantmaking and PRI 
effort, serving as a founding member of PVGROWS, a local food movement 
hub, providing capital for food system infrastructure. Following on the 
heels of this integrated strategy, Solidago in now developing a similar 
effort in community scale energy.  Jeff is also an adjunct faculty 
member in the Sustainability MBA programs at both Marlboro College and 
Antioch University New England where he teaches Ecological Economics and 
Social Entrepreneurship.
