I took the "BE AN AUTHOR WEBINAR" and would be glad to recommend it.
It is the most practical course on marketing and publishing I've ever
taken. It does help you clarify your goals for your book, but more
importantly, it provides valuable insight into the publishing world
and what it takes to be taken seriously (aka how to market, who to
sell to, how to sell, and how to figure that out!)

This is totally unsolicited - I took this course this summer and have
never taken a more practical course for people who want to write for
something besides FREE. Claudia is incredibly knowledgeable and can
save you days and months of time otherwise wasted on barking up the
wrong tree.

If you take the course you will not regret it.
