[Hidden-tech] Looking for business lawyer

hello Hidden Tech Community,

Does any one know a good lawyer to incorporate a business. We would  
prefer someone who knows about L3C companies. These are low profit  
companies that are incorporated with a social mission rather than  
focusing on profits as the end goal.
