Hi Marsha, I highly recommend: MailChimp: www.mailchimp.com Emma: www.myemma.com I know that mailchimp has a plain text option because we use them. Both will probably run you about $150/month for that size list. I would talk to both of them about migration. They both have phenomenal support.
