[Hidden-tech] setting up Pandora through stereo

Dear HT,

We would like to play Pandora through our stereo.  We do not have an iPod
touch or an iPhone.  We do have Comcast cable wi-fi and a Macbook.

We would like to connect a device (not the computer) to the stereo and do
this.  We do not have any docks yet either.

What would people recommend?  Any reason NOT to use an older generation iPod
touch, like g2?

We just want it to sound pretty good, not high-fidelity :-)
