[Hidden-tech] Real Estate Appraiser Recommendations

Hello all,

Does anyone have any recommendations on a good real estate appraiser who
understands farms and farmland? The property in question is up in the
hilltowns. 

Also, does Northampton Appraisal have a particular reputation that anyone
knows about? That is who the seller's agent recommended and we could go with
them but I don't want to without at least getting a "second opinion" on them
from someone who does not have a stake in the process.
