Have you checked out Concur?

I'm investigating it now and really liking it.

1 month free trial - $8 per month per person after that. Very impressive - auto imports of credit card charges, iphone receipt uploads and matching etc, integration with TripIt

I noted that Expensify currently doesn't charge for extra receipt processing, but it looks like when they do, it will be around $ 0.20 cents each. Christian, do you find that you frequently go over the 10 receipt monthly limit per employee?

I seem to recall a discussion on this list back in February about alternatives to Quickbooks, and AccountEdge was mentioned. They have a free iPhone/iPad app with expense entry, though I don't think there is a receipt scan feature. But I like that it is built for Mac. I've always been bothered by the fact that Quickbooks hasn't gone out of their way to build the same features that the PC version has, into the Mac version. And now with many companies moving to a web-based subscription model, including Quickbooks it makes it even less attractive.
