[Hidden-tech] Verizon vs ATT smart phone coverage in the Valley

Lynn,

I have ATT on my iPhone 3Gs and find the service to be strained in the suburbs of Easthampton. In Northampton the signal is fine, but I don't know about the upper part of the Pioneer Valley.

However, I do spend a bit of time in mid-state VT and, especially, northern NH and find that my SO's Verizon service is much more reliable in those area. This is the reason that I will replace my phone this summer and switch to Verizon.

HTH,

Theo Matthias
