Try googling "herculanum font." It shows up in a number of free font sites. Identifont says that Herculanum is included as part of Apple's Mac OS X Panther (10.3) operating system, so if she's running panther or higher she probably has it. It is also published by Adobe and Linotype. I just did a system search and discovered that I have "Herculanum.dfont" in the fonts folder inside the library folder on my mac. Herculanum doesn't show up in the regular menu of my font management program (I use Suitcase Fusion) because it's a system font but it does show up as a trutype font in the font listings in illustrator. N.B.: I assume you know that trutype fonts often won't embed into a print-bound pdf file so if that's an issue you might be better off buying a "real" mac font or something in open type that you could both use.
