I've used Boingo extensively in Europe and Canada when I've been able to find a hotel that is a Boingo hotspot. Most international airports are Boingo hotspots, too. I don't travel often enough to warrant an international mobile broadband plan.

Had used it in 2010. Has been useful for Airports only. In some metro cities you will find other 3G hotspots.

Has anyone been using WiFi access through boingo.com?
Seems like a good bargain, except that it seems like their hotspot count may be inflated by including a lot of free-access sites?
