In my experience with Facebook advertising, you're going to need more than one ad. As soon as the performance (i.e. clicks) drops on a Facebook campaign, Facebook stops running the ads. They don't tell you they've stopped running it, but if you watch your stats, your impressions and clicks drop to zero, and you need to submit new creative for the campaign. Unfortunately, to be successful in the long term, you'll have to do this over and over, tweaking the creative and targeting each time.
