[Hidden-tech] Has anybody found a WordPress events calendar widget they truly like?

Hi Tess,

You did not mention whether you were currently hosting successful events
that people actually attend or whether you're hoping to host events that
people will actually attend! Organizations and people usually fall into one
of those two groups. And you didn't mention whether you were monetizing the
events, which is a big consideration when choosing the right integration
with your WordPress website.
If you're already in the group of people and organizations currently hosting
successful events the people actually attend then management of that event
and monetization of that event would no doubt be a priority for you. If that
is the case, then I don't believe you can do any better than
integrating Eventbrite
<http://www.eventbrite.com/home/>into WordPress. I say I don't believe you
could do any better because I've tried all of the most downloaded event
options for WordPress and eliminated them all as possibilities for my own
uses except for the following recommendation. You're probably already aware
that EventBrite is a leader in online event management and ticket sales with
more than 28 million tickets sold.

There are two plug-ins involved in integrating EventBrite into your
WordPress website;
 Event Brite for the Events
Calendar<http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/eventbrite-for-the-events-calendar/>
The Events Calendar<http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/the-events-calendar/>
You can download both of those plug-ins from these links.

They're not difficult to manage, and an EventBrite account itself is not
difficult to manage.

I hope you find that useful!
