[Hidden-tech] Group videoconferencing consultant needed

I'm looking for an experienced videoconferencing consultant to recommend to
a non-profit organization who is wanting to have videoconferencing available
to participants around the world through Skype or some other
freely-available resource.

They currently have high-end analog audio components connected through Skype
for audio-conferencing (allowing for a up a group discussion in a large
room), but would like to add video components.
