Hi Michael,

Maybe touch base with Kevin McAllister at inresonance.com -- they are a
FileMaker house so may not be directly able to provide the services, but
Kevin is very non-profit friendly, and may well be able to recommend
someone.

And yes, it is perfectly easy to have a Win/Mac environment sharing a
server.
