[Hidden-tech] Video and WordPress

For Wordpress there are numerous plugins that will wrap around some flv players and make it fairly easy to put into a wordpress site:
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/search.php?q=flv+player

You should be able to compress the video and save it as an .flv with ffmpeg (let me know if you need assistance with that and what your OS is).
