[Hidden-tech] Video and WordPress

Good Morning HTers

Looking for advice on video with WordPress. What are the ways of sharing
large size (5-8 gigs) video on a Wordpress site? Is VideoPress the only way?
How much bandwidth do I need to allow? Should I load on a dedicated server
and stream from there? Im familier with Youtube and Vimeo premium service.
Are there any free (open source option) or is it just all premium options.
