[Hidden-tech] SugarCRM email client tips?

Dear HT,

Any SugarCRM users out there who have familiarity with the email client,
we'd love to speak to you especially if you can help with the below:

I am trying to 'file' or import emails efficiently within Sugar.  The
program keeps refreshing back to the 'home' or most recent page of emails.
How can we get it to stay on an older page after importing an email from
that page?

How can we select more than 1 email to archive/import to the same
account/contact/lead at once?

How can we select more than 1 to delete at a time?
