Kris, I've been happy with my "Davis/Sanford DAPVALFM18 FM18 FluidHead Tripod". I bought it from $253 from B&H a few years ago. Looks pretty fancy which helps impress the clients :) - but doesn't cost crazy-money like the fancy schmancy bogen dealios and definitely allows for smooth, fluid, pans/tilts & extends up pretty darn high... -- * Regards, Tom Adams, Director/Owner Reelife Productions & Folktography by Tom <http://www.ReelifeProductions.com> <http://folktography.zenfolio.com> Reelife Facebook Page <http://www.facebook.com/reelife> Reelife's Youtube Channel <http://www.youtube.com/reelife> Folktography by Tom Facebook Page <http://www.facebook.com/folkography> <http://www.facebook.com/folkography> Tom's LinkedIn Page <http://www.linkedin.com/in/tomadams2> Tom's "Links Directory <http://web.me.com/ReelifeProductions>" * On Mon, Jun 27, 2011 at 11:48 AM, kris badertscher <krumkakes at gmail.com>wrote: > ** Be sure to fill out the survey/skills inventory in the member's area. > ** If you did, we all thank you. > > > > I'm looking to upgrade my tripods used for video. > I'd like an inexpensive, yet reliable piece of equipment with good panning > capabilities that is relatively lightweight. > also, anyone out there selling theirs? > cheers, > kris b > kriscan <http://www.kriscan.com/> > kbest productions <http://vimeo.com/channels/krisbadertscher> > > _______________________________________________ > Hidden-discuss mailing list - home page: http://www.hidden-tech.net > Hidden-discuss at lists.hidden-tech.net > > You are receiving this because you are on the Hidden-Tech Discussion list. > If you would like to change your list preferences, Go to the Members > page on the Hidden Tech Web site. > http://www.hidden-tech.net/members > -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
