A few weeks ago there was a thread on this.....I dont have any big answers, but I discovered yesterday that when the train is in the Hartford station for the few minutes that it is, that the Hartford Public Wifi is strong on the train. I was able to send out a bunch of emails I had ready to go and receive as well. It helped me and I thought I'd pass along the info.
