[Hidden-tech] Wifi restaurants in Noho

It has always puzzled me why Coffeshops, which thrive on a fast-turnover
business, usually have wifi- which causes people to linger longer (but
not necessarily buy more coffee).

And why restaurants, who can always sell people more food, don't often
bother with wifi.

Notably exception is Panera, which does a grand business with all the people
carrying laptops. I routinely look for one when I'm on the road.
