Hi Andrew,

I couldn't see the discussion content on my phone last night... please note:

1.Taking phone/internet orders >> as far as I know, WOC does not offer 
this service - talk to Bob MacDonald, 413-786-8830.  He manages WOC, is 
a great guy, and knowledgeable about suppliers/service providers in the 
Springfield area.

2.Fulfillment/warehousing >> I have used 4 different services and 
observed others - WOC is one of the most reliable.  They are great, 
efficient, cost-effective, and their social impact cannot be matched.

3.Customer service (both order  taking, general info (via 800 #) and 
complaints/returns >> To my knowledge, they do not handle this, though 
there are many 3rd party services out there, of course.  Check in 
Brattleboro as there may be a company there - it was in the proposal for 
the FTZ and business park a few years ago.
