[Hidden-tech] Health New England Feedback?

Hi, Tom,

I am new to Health New England, and my experience with them has been mixed. They've kind of been giving me a hard time on prescriptions, but I was in the hospital on an emergency basis a couple of weeks ago, and I never heard a peep of objection from them. Right after I got home, I got a call from one of their case managers, a nurse, who went over my health status with me and who seemed genuinely willing to be helpful.
