[Hidden-tech] Health New England Feedback?

We have Health New England.  Compared to Blue Cross, which is what we  
had before, they're terrible.  They get between you and your doctor  
for all sorts of things like prescriptions, additional testing, etc.   
They're very difficult to deal with on the phone, not very customer  
service oriented.

Would recommend against Health New England if you have other options.
