[Hidden-tech] Health New England Feedback?

I've been using them in conjuction with Valley Medical Associates. Never had an issue with being denied a specialist. It is expense, but what isn't? Don't have much experience to compare--I have been using Valley Med for about 20 years, as they went thru various changes, so that is where my experience is. Are you part of a plan?
